| How do I place my order? |
- Browse through our amazing set of collection, select the ones you have your eyes on.
- Choose the size and color variant as applicable
- Click on 'Add to Cart' and continue browsing to get your hands on all your favorite items or select 'Buy Now' to go straight to the checkout page.
- You can either checkout as a Guest user, or login to your existing account. You can also create your account with us, we highly recommend you create an account to receive discount codes, for easier order tracking purposes etc.,
- Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
| How will I know that my order is placed successfully? |
- After you successfully place your order, you will receive an E-mail and SMS (if you have opted for it) confirming the order details.
- You will also receive the shipping and tracking details as soon as the order is processed.
- You can always reach out to us at info@edistyle.com if you have need assistance during the checkout or after placing your order.
| How do I receive my Order? |
- We have tied up with the best in the logistic business, few our delivery partners include Bluedart, Fedex, Delhivery, ECom Express, your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 3-9 business days depending on where you live after the order has been dispatched.
- All orders are thoroughly sanitized and come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.
| How do I fix a payment issue when my money is already deducted? |
- As a first step, kindly check your bank account to ensure if your account has been debited. Any failed transaction is usually reverted by the customer's bank within 7-10 business days.

| Do you offer Gift wrap packaging? |
- Unfortunately, at this point in time we do not offer Gift packaging but this is something we are working towards and will be soon available in the future.
| Do you accept returns? |
- We at Edi, have taken a small step towards sustainable future and would like to reduce wastage. With this in mind, all the orders are made to order and currently we do not accept Return orders. You can check out more on the Refund policy, here.
| What is your shipping timeline? Do you offer rush shipping? |
- All orders are made-to-order and the orders placed before 11 AM is considered as the same-day order. We try our best to dispatch your order within 2-6 business days and it is usually delivered to your doorstep between 3-9 days depending on the location you live. We currently don't offer rush shipping, however, you can drop an email at info@edistyle.com with the subject *RUSH ORDER* and we will try our best to see how can we help. | Can I cancel my order? |
- You can cancel an order within 24 hours or before the product is shipped out to you. However, once the order is shipped from our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Alternatively, if you happen to change your mind :-( you could refuse the package at the time of delivery and drop us an email at info@edistyle.com for the refund of your order and we can assist you further.
| Do you offer bulk/customized T-Shirts for events/school/college/corporate? |
- Of course, we would love to be a part of your celebration. There are no minimum orders for customized T-Shirts or accessories. You can drop us an email at info@edistyle.com with the Subject *Custom/Bulk Order* and we can take it from there.
| What is your shipping charges? Do you offer COD? |
- We provide provide FREE shipping for all orders above Rs. 500 in India. A shipping charge of Rs. 50 is payable only on orders below Rs. 500. COD charges of Rs. 60 would be extra for any order placed via the COD shipping method.
| Do you offer International Shipping? |
- As of now, we only ship within India. But our team is working really hard in making International shipping possible, sign up to our newsletter to be updated on the latest news.
